  • Does Three Sisters Use Glyphosate?

Three Sisters does not add glyphosate during any part of our production process. However, glyphosate is sometimes used by farmers across the agricultural industry who apply it to grains such as wheat and oats pre-harvest. Once the grains are transported to us, we put them through rigorous quality, food safety and manufacturing processes to make our breakfast cereals. Any levels of glyphosate that may remain after thoroughly cleaning and removing the outer hull are well within compliance of the safety standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the European Commission as safe for human consumption.
