1 cup dried cranberries or dried apricots, chopped coarsely
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup honey
½ cup peanut butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Butter 8-inch square pan. In large bowl, mix cereal, sunflower nuts and apricots.
In 4-cup glass measure, microwave butter until melted. Add honey, peanut butter and cinnamon, heat until boiling and slightly thickened. Pour over cereal, sunflower nuts and apricots in bowl, stir until evenly coated.
Press mixture evenly into pan. Chill a couple hours or until set. Cut into 12 bars.
