Barbara’s Shredded Wheat Eggs Benny


  • Barbara’s Shredded Wheat
  • Farm Fresh Eggs
  • Organic Butter


  • Pepper
  • Chives


  1. Brush Barbara’s Shredded Wheat with organic butter and bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
  2. Poach an egg in about an inch of simmering salted water until white is cooked and yoke is runny yet set.
  3. Place poached egg on Shredded Wheat and ladle on your favorite hollandaise (we recommend using organic butter).
  4. Top with chopped chives and cracked black pepper.
