Barbara’s Shredded Wheat Eggs Benny
- Barbara’s Shredded Wheat
- Farm Fresh Eggs
- Organic Butter
- Brush Barbara’s Shredded Wheat with organic butter and bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Poach an egg in about an inch of simmering salted water until white is cooked and yoke is runny yet set.
- Place poached egg on Shredded Wheat and ladle on your favorite hollandaise (we recommend using organic butter).
- Top with chopped chives and cracked black pepper.
